Last Saturday at Doc's featured only two very talented bands, it was 8 Stories High and Midwest Hype. 8 Stories High, a band that just until recently moved to Florida has been together for about 4 years. Their band has also toured all around Indiana, they have hit Kentucky, and Illinois. Midwest Hype has also been together for about 4-5 years, have toured around Indiana, and have performed in Florida.
When I asked the keyboardist, singer, and drummer of 8 Stories High who inspired them, both the keyboardist and the drummer said Dave Matthew's Band while the singer replied the singer of Incubus. Both bands played very well and attracted a pretty decent crowd and with how good all band members played on their instruments was not surprising.
